Booking Confirmation

Please note that by confirmation of your booking at Amuri Villas and the payment of the deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed hereafter.

Booking

  • A deposit of 30% of the total is required to secure your reservation.The balance is due within 7 days of arrival.
  • One account per reservation.
  • Visa and Mastercard accepted. Sorry no Amex or Diners . Direct online banking available if preferred.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure and confirm all bookings regardless of payment method.
  • A receipt will be issued for any payment made.

Cancellation Policy

Our bookings are generally made several months in advance. Because of this and our boutique size, cancellations have a significant impact on us. We therefore have the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations prior to 90 days of arrival the 30% deposit is refunded in full
  • Bookings cancelled between 90 and 30 days of arrival the deposit is forfeited
  • Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival 100% of total is charged.

Check In / Check Out

  • Check in: 3pm - 6pm 
  • Check out: 10am 
  • We may be able to accomodate an early or late arrival or departure on request.

Occupants

The number of people occupying Amuri Villas is under no circumstance ,to exceed the number of people shown on the booking confirmation unless prior arrangements have been made directly with management.

  • NO functions or parties unless agreed prior to the booking
  • Amuri is an Adults Only retreat (16 years +) and is not suitable for children

Responsibilities of the guests

  • The guest is responsible for the property during his/her stay.
  • Amuri Villas expect the guest to take all reasonable care of the property and to leave it tidy after departure.
  • If Amuri Villas finds that the property has not been left in a reasonable condition Amuri Villas will charge the guest for time required for extra cleaning.

Breakages Policy

Please not that any damages or losses caused to the property or furnishings during your stay could result in costs of repair (and any insurance excess) being charges directly or partly to the registered guest.
